The new update asks (force) users to install another app "mydigital ID" to log in. 1. There's no warning that now we need another app. 2. There's no link to install this new app 3. There's no reason to install 2 apps just to use ONE app. 4. To use the other app "imbas kod qr di kiosk utk memohon" WHAT!!! Ada kiosk? Where is this kiosk? Why are the developers making it harder and not easier? Bad app. Will not recommend. This app cannot be a point in anyone's resume as an app developer.

1 star only for the new update. New update is quite troublesome. Cant even log in. Wanted to log in using the mydigitalID. But when open using the mydigitalID apps, also no option to log in from there. Then, what's the point? Or is there something I missed? Kindly help me. Thank you.

Really poor user interface, not even user friendly for a tech savvy generation. NO forget password option? It's the kind of app no one can trust. Probably has poor information security as the access to it is remarkable. The app above has no help desk service as the email sent to the help desk - address not found. App above shows how the app development under the government agency is poorly developed and exists for the sake of extracting data and be a burden to the Malaysian employee.
