Broken and Terrible app! - Unintuitive layout, features that do not work, some features you click and it tells you to download the app lol, they removed localisation so you cannot change the language, only Bulgarian. And here is an ad, would you like another ad, how about we show you some more ads, have some ads with your ADS!!

Dreadfully slow app. No option to log in with a fingerprint. The navigation is appalling - the navigation menu icons make no logical sense and the menus do not have a clear and intuitive structure. Ads are abundant, which makes it even harder to navigate and slower to load.

Terrible experience everytime I open the app.. almost everything I try to do does not work or is buggy, 'unavailable at the moment' or just not loading (e.g. paid invoices). Has this been through any QA? Why is the UI changing every month or so but functionality bugs are just piling up? If you move everything to your mobile app at least make sure it works..
